All products will be shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. To obtain time in transit information, please consult the UPS website.

Return Policy

Generally, all purchases of Gefran products sold by PEProducts are considered final. 

  • Any consideration of a product return must be reviewed and approved by Gefran senior management. 
  • All requests for returns must be made in writing and must include the reason for the request, along with a list of the products to be returned, including the complete model code, serial numbers and the original purchase order information. 
  • Any product that is older than 1 month will not be considered for return.  
  • Product that is less than 1 month old, has not been used or modified in any way, will be subject to a 50% restocking fee if Gefran management approves the return. 
  • All products returned must be in the original product packaging. 
  • Products that are not of the current firmware and software versions cannot be returned. 
  • Non-standard product cannot be returned. 
  • Products that have been made obsolete cannot be returned.
  • If a product receives approval for return, it must be accompanied by the RMA form that was issued. 
  • Product that is returned without an RMA will not be processed for any reason.

Any product damaged in shipping must be reported within 24 hours.

Gefran guarantees all products to be free of defect related to workmanship, but does not guarantee the performance of these products in your process.

We offer shipping throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Canada.

 Orders shipping to Puerto Rico, Mexico or Canada CAN NOT be placed online.
Also Saturday delivery CAN NOT be placed online.
