The integrated Controller and Operator Panel allows the complete management of automation. Available in 3 versions (6 models) and equipped with a powerful 400 MHz processor, these are made to operate in an industrial environment on the control panels of production process machines or processes. The operator interacts through a color touch screen but depending on the model, the size of the screen is 3.5” or 7” wide. The device has options in which can be equipped with programmable function buttons. Thanks to its numerous communication ports (some of which are optional), it is possible to connect a wide range of devices to the controller, such as computers, barcode readers, USB sticks, modems, printers, etc., and connect it to an Ethernet network. The remote input and output modules (CAN-IO/GILOGIK II) are connected by bus to the CAN port (CANopen). Other CANopen standard compliant devices can also be connected to the bus.

Gefran SB Low profile shear load cell

The principle of measurement of the SB load cell series is the deformation caused by the shear generated by the applied load. They are compact load cells with an all stainless-steel construction that are extremely rigid towards the measured load and lateral or transverse loads.

TU Load cell

These TU of load cells are designed for the measurement of static or dynamic loads in compression or traction. All of them are calibrated as load cells in units of mass (Kg). The TU series is supplied for nominal loads from 50 Kg to 1 T. This has an IP67 protection degree so it can be used in aggressive atmospheres often found in the chemical industries. The transducer body is machined from a single piece of stainless steel with no welding. This means that it is highly resistant to mechanical shock and vibration. The compact size means that these can be placed in positions that are difficult to acess and where little space is available.

Gefran GD -Single phase Solid State Relay with logic control and diagnostics

The GD series of solid state relays (zero crossing type) are solid state actuators with heater break diagnostics (Hb function), selectable current scale, and adjustable setpoint. Junction overheat protection is also an available option. An alarm signal is provided in output as well. The GD series of solid state realays are offered with currents of 40A, rated voltage 480 Vac, and Vdc input control signal. Voltage transistors are protected by MOV (varistor).

Gefran Model 400-401 Single Display Controller

These Gefran product are microprocessor controller, manufactured using SMT with a 48x48 (1/16 DIN) format.
It has a complete operator interface, protected by a Lexan® membrane that ensures a face plate protection level IP65.
It have 4 keys, 4 digits display, 2 indicating LED's for 400 model, and the 401 model has 3 indicating LED's and a further 3 LED's bar-graph.

The need of Linn was to have a flexible solution, that could manage in an easy way different thermal cycles, with or without vacuum: with induction, the part to be heated never comes into direct contact with a flame or other heating element; the heat is induced within the part itself by alternating electrical current.
