This power controller is a Thyristor-type power solid state relay designed to control a 3-phase asynchronous motor in two directions.

There are two control signals and an internal logic that permits selection of only one direction at a time.

A red LED indicates reverse, and a green LED indicates forward.

The power Thyristor are protected against excessive voltage fluctuation by RC snubbers and varistors incorporated in the unit.

It is advisable to install three high-speed fuses between the 3-phase line and the controller.

WARNING: The GI models must be used in conjunction with an appropriate heatsink (Accessory). Installation must precisely observe the warnings contained in the installation notes.

Gefran Impact Series (I) Pressure Transmitter

The "IMPACT" (I) series of Gefran are pressure transmitters, without transmission fluid, for using in high temperature environment
(662°F or 350°C).

Medium pressure is transferred directly to the sensitive silicon element through a thick diaphragm.

The micro structure includes the measurement membrane and piezo resistors.

Strain is transduced by a micro-machined silicon structure (MEMS). The operating principle is piezo resistive.

The minimum deflection required by the sensitive element makes it possible to use very robust mechanics.

The process contact membrane can be up to 15 times thicker than the membrane used in traditional Melt sensors.

The Impact (I) series is the right choice for Mercury free, and for absolute absence of filling fluid, for use in food and medical application.

Superior wear resistance is suitable with filled polymers.
High robustness towards the process: cold starts, multiple installation
Low thermal drift for Zero e Span signal : < 1%FS (68°F- 662°F)
High resistance to withstand to dynamic pressure

The ME Performance Level ‘c’ series of Gefran are
Pressure transmitters for use in high temperature environment.
The main characteristic of this series is the capability of
Measuring temperature of the media up to 752 F (400°C) such as high temperature engineered polymers.

The constructive principle is based on the hydraulic transmission
Of the pressure.
The fluid-filled system assures the temperature stability.
The physical measure is transformed in an electrical measure
by means of the strain-gauge technology.
