Gefran SB Low profile shear load cell

The principle of measurement of the SB load cell series is the deformation caused by the shear generated by the applied load. They are compact load cells with an all stainless-steel construction that are extremely rigid towards the measured load and lateral or transverse loads.

SBM Series Brushless servomotors

Requiring a precise and rapid mechanical transmission, these motors are designed to provide the highest level of achievability in acceleration and deceleration characteristics, allowing the highest level of dynamic performance productivity and controllability. The SBM motors are available in six frame sizes a wide continuous stall torque range (from 2 to 442 Nm) and speeds up to 4000 rpm.

The integrated Controller and Operator Panel allows the complete management of automation. Available in 3 versions (6 models) and equipped with a powerful 400 MHz processor, these are made to operate in an industrial environment on the control panels of production process machines or processes. The operator interacts through a color touch screen but depending on the model, the size of the screen is 3.5” or 7” wide. The device has options in which can be equipped with programmable function buttons. Thanks to its numerous communication ports (some of which are optional), it is possible to connect a wide range of devices to the controller, such as computers, barcode readers, USB sticks, modems, printers, etc., and connect it to an Ethernet network. The remote input and output modules (CAN-IO/GILOGIK II) are connected by bus to the CAN port (CANopen). Other CANopen standard compliant devices can also be connected to the bus.

The 600 Controller has 4 keys, two green LED displays, each with 4 digits, 4 red signal LED’s for the 4 logic or relay outputs, and 3 other programmable LED’s to signal the various operational states of the instrument.

The GRA was developed to ensure a robust and high-performance solution for applications such as agricultural machines, construction machines, material handling equipment. Measurement ranges up to 360° with ability to program ±15° steps. It also has high IP protection level, resistance to shock and vibration, and high electromagnetic compatibility to make these products suitable for many mobile hydraulics applications.

Overview
The K3 Series are pressure sensors for use in high temperature applications where the process temperatures may reach 1000°F (538°C) such as high temperature engineered polymers. The K Series utilizes standard melt pressure principles and construction; strain sensing technology is bonded foil strain gage. A near incompressible sodium-potassium (i.e. NaK) mixture is used for pressure transmission. NaK is FDA recognized safe (GRAS) substance.
